Our content experts have their finger on the pulse of today´s homeowner issues, and have covered issues important to you for many years. You can trust we will provide relevant content for you and address your homeownership needs. All your membership fees will be paid by your sponsor. In our attempts to build a true community of Homeowners, our message board system we are calling the "Back Fence" will hopefully help you in many ways. We call it the Back Fence because many years ago it was by talking over the "Back Fence" that most homeowners got help in their neighborhood. The idea of building a dedicated online service came about in the mid 90's. The developers of the Club have extensive background in Homeowner and Consumer advocacy and education. Several of us have managed Non-Profits that represented Homeowners in Washington, DC and in the states. We have fought for Homeowner protections in the Halls of Congress, State Capitals and in the media. We are dedicated to provide you services unlike you have seen on the internet. Our Mission In conjunction with your Sponsor who enrolled you, we care deeply that you are armed with good information when you go to the marketplace. We want to create systems and programs to make you a wiser, more economical Homeowner. As you become more familiar with us later on, you will have the option to tell us a little more about your situation. If we know you are in a condo in Sarasota, Florida- we will provide very relevant information for you. If you love taking on projects and doing your own improvements- we have valuable resources for you. What Not To Expect Spam, intrusive ads, pop ups or pop unders! We even frown on advertising. Occasionally, we link you to relevant content that may be attached with an ad- but trust us- they will be minimal. Our privacy policy will outline other details.
